The forum will feature a secondary session focused on the outcomes of the Secondary Education and Social Change project from Hannah Cusworth, Chris Jeppesen and Molly Navey, and a primary session covering telling the stories of the last 70 years through objects and how we can explore the concept of monarchy and interpretations of Elizabeth II in our history planning and teaching at Key Stages 1 and 2 from Stuart Boydell, Kerry Somers, Ailsa Fidler and Paula Kitching. The last 70 years have seen both continuities and a great many changes and this forum will explore teaching some of the rapid changes that the last 70 years has seen. This is an unprecedented occasion in our history. 2022 marks the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. This forum will focus on change over the last 70 years.
